How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and Amex.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times can vary depending on the service used but on average it takes 3-7 days for delivery from when your order is dispatched. However! Sometimes deliveries can be slow due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, so please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. Please note we do not dispatch orders at the weekend as our warehouse is closed.

UK Tracked Delivery: (3-7 working days) from dispatch
EUROPE Tracked Delivery: (5-10 working days) from dispatch
REST OF WORLD Tracked Delivery: International delivery usually takes about 7-14 business days from dispatch.

How much does it cost?

EU Tracked Delivery 0kg - 1kg is £17.40  1kg - 2kg is £24
Rest of the world Tracked Delivery  Zone 1: 0kg - 1kg is £24  1kg - 2kg is £34   Zone 2: 0kg - 1kg is £24.50  1kg - 2kg is £36

(Any customs or import charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are not controlled by us)

EU & NON EU DELIVERIES: We use a variety of different postal services and couriers to ship orders within the EU and to the rest of the world. We often use a standard mail service but it also depends on the size of the order. Tracking details are available and are emailed once order has been dispatched.

Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after one hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email please contact us by sending us an e-mail to hello@squarepumpkinlondon.com with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, please refer to the Returns section in our Refund Policy.

Will I be charged tax or customs on orders?
You may be charged extra tax or customs if you live within the EU. If you live outside that zone, you may be charged customs or import tax. Square Pumpkin Limited is not responsible for import duty or custom tax, and this is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation. A tracking number is available on request.

When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Square Pumpkin newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive emails on new products and exclusive offers.

Do you re-stock your inventory?
Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

I’ve added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.

Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards.
